She became paralyzed withing 3 hours of the onset of the problem. Emergency surgery was done that evening at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan however, the bets said that her prognosis would be very poor and perhaps it might be bet to put her to sleep. I was not the original owner of Molle at that time. My friends owned her and decided to giver her a chance at life. He has not actually walked, but his back legs twitch and he is now able to use them to scratch his side intentionally (got it on video).
